Eto na! Excited ka sa bago mong network marketing business. “Say YES To Success!” Wooooohoooooo! Binalita mo kagad sa lahat ng mga kaibigan at kamag anak mo ang magandang opportunity na nakita mo. Ang intensyon mo ay makatulungan lang sa kanila.
Dalawa ang pwedeng mangyari:
Dahil kilala ka na nila, maniwala kagad sila sayo at sasali kaagad sil sa bagong opportunity mo. Maganda kung ganito ang nangyari. Eto talaga ang pinaka mabilis na paraan para kumita sa MLM (Tapping your Circle of Influence)
Pero minsan, sa di inaasahan na pangyayari, may mga kaibigan at kakilala ka na di ka seseryosohin, di ka paniniwalain, pagtatawanan ka pa ng iba, etc. I know masakit maranasan ang ganito. At ang tawag dyan ay REJECTION! 


Friend 1: REJECTIONS - Isa ang rejections sa pinaka matinding pagsubok na kakaharapin mo as networker at entrepreneur. You see, successful entrepreneurs ay ibang klaseng nilalang. Dapat matigas ang puso mo. Di ka dapat magpapa apekto sa mga rejections. “Pero tao lang ako na marunong masaktan” Oh hu hu hu hu! Partner, wala din networker na pinanganak na may matibay na sikmura at dib dib. Natutunan lang nilang maging matatag. Tsaka isipin mo na lang, di naman talaga ikaw ang ni-reject nila kundi ang opportunity na inoofer mo sa kanila. Kaya di mo talaga kaylangang magpa-apekto.


Your Prospect:
“Eh bat ganito? Eh bat ganyan? Pano yung ganito? Pano yung ganyan? SCAM yata yan eh? Kumita ka na ba dyan?”...
Nadinig mo na ba ‘tong mga questions na ‘to partner? (Kung hindi pa, ibig sabihin ‘di mo ginagawa ang negosyo mo. J ) Sobrang normal sa profession natin ang mga OBJECTIONS.


Friend 2: OBJECTIONS - Wag kang magugulat kung pagkatapos mong ipakita ang iyong opportunity ay di kaagad agad silang dudukot ng kanilang wallet para mag labas ng pera para ipang invest sa business mo. Lahat ng prospects (lalo na yung mga interesado ay may mga objections o questions). Isang skill na kaylangan nating lahat matutunan ay kung paano sasagutin ng tama ang ating mga objections.
Ayos na ayos meron ka ng 5 downline, mukang power na power at mataas ang mga pangarap nila gaya ng sabi nila sa’yo. After 3 months, napansin mo bihira na silang mag log in. DI ka nadin nirereplyan nung apat pag kakamustahin mo sila tungkol sa kanilang business. Parang na Low Bat na yata sila partners.


Friend 3: Low RETENTION - Guess what? Kaylangan ngayon pa lang iexpect na mangyayari ito, kaylangan mong iexpect na hindi lahat kasinglaki ng mga pangarap mo. Kaylangan mong iexpect na hindi lahat magiging kagaya mo.

Paano magiging kakampi ang tatlong to? Simple lang, kaibiganin mo sila! Anong ibig sabihin nun?


Treat rejections as a normal part of your business.
Treat objections as a daily part of your business.
Treat low retention as a very common part of networking business.
§     Wag kang malungkot kung ikaw ay marereject, bakit? Di ba part nga kase yun ng negosyo?
§     Wag kang maaasar kapag yung prospect mo ay magre-raise ng objections, bakit? Di ba part lang din ito ng business natin?
§     At wag na wag kang mag alala kung may mga downlines ka na huminto at sumuko at bumitaw sa kanilang mga pangarap.
Gusto mong malaman kung paano siguradong mag failed sa kahit anong business? Yun ay maging emotionaly attach ka sa business mo and i guarantee you , konting rejection, objection at retention lang ay tumba ka na.

The 3 SECRET Questions People Use To Evaluate Your OPPORTUNITY



When someone is evaluating your opportunity, behind those objections, meron pa silang 3 unspoken questions sa kanilang isipan na hindi mo napapansin or nararamdaman. Mga tanong na hindi kailanman lalabas sa kanilang bibig and they won’t ask these questions At kung hindi mo maibibigay ang solid answers sa 3 questions kahit hindi man nila ito sabihin directly, you lose. Ano nga ba yung 3 unspoken question na ito?
Here are the 3 questions:
  1. Can I trust you?…
  2. Can I do this too?…
  3. Can this person really help me?…
The proportion of this 3 unspoken question is your one unspoken answers.
This is why the skills of a successful Networker are “trust-building” skills. People join you because of YOU, because they trust you. Not because they have been convinced. Network Marketing is RELATIONSHIP building. Success depends upon learning how to build trust. Pag-aralan mo kung paano magbuo ng tiwala ang tao saiyo. Kung maramdaman ng isang tao na you are trying to take advantage of him – - – you lose. Kung nakita nila na gusto mo lang silang i-recruit, you lose. Kung naramdaman nilang nakikipag-ugnayan ka lang convince them to join you and trying to make a sale, and you lose. They definitely doesn’t trust you. If they feels you are a “recruiter” instead of a “leader”, you lose.

Ang isang mahusay na diskarte sa network marketing strategy ang pwede magpa-prevent sa pag-aaksaya ng iyong oras at pera. Imagine how relieved you will be kapag nakita mo na ang clear path ng success. You will feel more confident dahil alam mo na kung paano makamit ang tagumpay na inaasam.

Kaya, simulan na natin ito sa isang network marketing strategies na pwede mong ipatupad kaagad. In this marketing industry, maraming paraan upang magtatag ng long lasting, feasible MLM recruiting.  Sa panahon ngayon, network marketing business ay ang pinakamadaling paraan ngayon for advertising according to marketers.

Pero paano sisimulan at paano gagawin? 3. Share your business daily.  Maaari mong gawin ang MLM recruiting by showing your company presentation.  Let potential business partners know your business every day.  Literally do it by sharing with others at least five consistent days a week.  It means if you are working part-time, makipag-usap sa hindi bababa sa limang tao araw-araw. Kung full-time ka na, talk to at least ten people a day. Kung hindi mo mapapanatili ang numerong ito then you might not be doing well with your MLM recruiting.  Anything below this figure means you are not serious about your marketing efforts.
4. Build business in your local area.  Kailangan mong maunawaan ang bagay na ito. Meet at least once a week to attend local events and learn more about this profession as much as possible. This will build yourself as an expert and as a leader of your team. How can you teach and build a leader sa iyong organization if you cannot teach yourself first.  How can you motivate others if yourself is not motivated. The more they get exposed the more possible it is for them to join your business.
5. Use an arsenal for your marketing technique. Huwag lamang umasa sa isang factor sa iyong MLM recruiting for both offline and online prospecting.  Gumagamit ka man ng pareho o alinman ang gusto mo, use different procedures of strategies sa mga prospects na maaring makatulong bumuo ng iyong negosyo. It means passively and actively prospecting for your business. You can have as many ways as you can for your MLM recruiting, maging creative at mag-aral ng new techniques to enhance your team marketing system.
6. Listen and be truthful. Ito ang isa sa pinaka the best approach for MLM recruiting.  To be able to know if the person is fit for the team, dapat kang makinig ng mabuti. Know the things they want and desire to help them earn good income.  Speak less and do offer solutions to the people’s problems.
