Karamihan sa mga taong sumasali sa MLM ay
sinisisi ang kanilang pagkabigong kumita ay ang kanilang upline, ang company na
sinalihan, ang industry, ang economy, o anumang iba pang pangyayari pero hindi
masisi ang kanilang mga sarili. Marahil habang bigo kang kumita saiyong current
company, marami din naman mga distributors who are achieving their success sa
kaparehong company. So you can’t blame your company from your failures despite
of the same attending training, team meetings, mentoring . So kung gumagana
naman ito sa ibang tao, Why not it can work for you too… Hindi ibig sabihin na
pareho kayong skilled driver, ay pareho na rin kayong car racers.
It’s a common fact that nearly 9 out 10 ay
nagfe-fail sa business (traditional world o sa MLM) Pagdating sa MLM industry,
sinasabing meron tayong 97% failure rate. Hindi ako sigurado kong 100% totoo
ito o hindi. But it’s probably pretty close. 3% lang ba ang nakakagawa ng
proper marketing? and making a maximum income?
Nang pinag-aralan ko kung bakit marami ang
nagfi-fail sa MLM (including my experience). Mabilis kong napansin ang

pagkakamali at sana ay maiwasan mo din ang mga ito. So let’s get

1. You
Are Being Consistent – Without a doubt, the single greatest reason
people struggle in this industry is because they don’t do the work properly and
strategically. Maaaring namang sa lahat ng oras, lagi nilang iniisip kung paano
ang tamang gagawin sa business, but they don’t take action and do what they
learn. Dapat din planuhin ang gagawin, be disciplined and be consistent. You
must work on your business every single day, every week, every month and never
stop learning for something new. Wishing your way to success won’t get you
there. Sa halip, hanapan ng paraan at solution kung ano man ang kulang para
magsucceed.
2. You
Don’t have a Game Plan – The next reason people
struggle in their MLM Company ay dahil sa kawalan ng konkretong plano. Hindi
nila alam kung ano ang kailangan nila upang gawin upang mag-succeed. You need a
simple business plan. You should be written down on paper, viewed daily and
work on it.
3. You
Don’t Have Upline Support or You Are Not Communicate To Your Upline – Isa
sa pangkaraniwang dahilan of people’s failure in MLM. The person you partner up is 100 times more important
than the company you joined. Tama di ba? Kailangan mo ng isang upline na
may time, money and resources to help you get started and achieve
success. You need someone who will much your effort, kailangan mo ng
isang upline na may nakahandang marketing system in place, a game-plan and
willing to help you as long as you willing to be teach. Kung walang mahusay na
upline or upline support, limitado lamang ang iyong chances of success.
Remember, siya ang magtuturo at margu-guide sa business mo. A good upline won’t
do the work for you, but they will hold your hand and guide you through the success.
4. You
Aren’t Doing The Right Task – Nauubos ang oras sa mga
negative prospects, paghahabol sa mga kaibigang wala naman balak makinig sa
iooffer and reading your product catalog are not productive task. Ang tanging
produktibong gawain ay: 1) Sorting prospect, 2) Generating leads, 3) Qualifying 4)
Scheduling appointments, 5) Closing sale, 6) Following up, 7) Sponsoring new
team members,
Trainings
and helping your team become Alpha. Lahat ng ibang pang aktibidad ay come
secondary. You should spend 90% of your time on this 8 task. Kung struggling ka
sa iyong business, you aren’t doing the right activities.
5. You
Don’t Have The Right Skills – Isa pang people’s
common failure sa MLM industry ay ang skill-set. Let’s face it, Nangangailangan
talaga ng learning curve and it takes time bago ma-master ang kailangan mong
MLM skills. lalo na kung wala ka pang experience sa industry, or as an entrepreneur,
it will take you probably a few years to develop your skill-set you need to
succeed. Gaano man kaganda ang napanood mong Marketing Plan o gaano man kalaki
ang pwede mong kitain, if you don’t know the proper way of marketing your
business, it doesn’t exist.

struggled for a while, but eventually you will succeed if you continue to
LEARN, invest for your knowledge, do the work and emulating the ALPHA.
