kahit sa isip mo lang ito? I believe the NUMBER ONE indicator of IF you will
get someone to have success in Network Marketing is the expectations they held
when they joined your team.
Karamihan
sa mga Online MLM Recruiting Turns OFF the Quality People.
Hayaan mong ipaliwanag ko kung ano ang ibig ko
sabihin… If you are an online MLM
recruiter and your message is something like this:
“You’ll
never have to talk to friends and family, attend or run home or hotel meetings,
flyering, pick up the phone in this system will be built for you habang
nanonood ka ng tv”
You
probably aren’t attracting quality people, worse yet, you are
turning OFF the quality people lalo na kung na-hype lang sila
at hindi magawa ang ipangako mong programs, hindi na-duplicate yung inaasahan
nila saiyo.
When
MLM Recruiting: Manage Their Expectations!
I’ll get more specific here in a minute but
know that when someone joins your MLM team, ito ay ang pinakamahalaga upang
pamahalaan ang kanilang expectation. Set expectations of actions that you would
WANT your team to do. You are the mirror of your team. Kung nakikita nila yan
saiyo, they would do the same thing as you do.

MLM Recruiting
If you want to recruit wussies, tell them all
the things that will attract them katulad ng quoted statement kanina sa itaas.
If you prefer attracting quality people, talk about how, once trained, DAPAT
nilang makita kung ang kanilang warm market is open at least. Get connect
with your MLM prospects before you sponsor them and make sure your MLM is a fit
for them as you spend too much time training and supporting them. Know that YOU
are qualifying THEM, and not the other way of pleasing them.
Remember, online MLM prospecting man ang
ginagawa mo ay kailangan pa rin ng connecting with people. Because this is a
relationship business and a teaching business kung gusto mong magduplicate ng

Same principles but if someone asks you a
wussy question, huwag matakot na maging tapat. If they ask “Kailangan ko
bang kumausap ng tao?” Sabihin mo, “yes
it is required, karapatan mo itong malaman. Paano tayo makakapag-build ng
business kung hindi po tayo kakausap ng business partners?” Qualify
people by asking them kung ano ang goals nila at gaano ba sila willing na
magcommit.
Ito ang example:
You: Magkano ang goals mo kitain sa ganitong
business?
Prospect: P10,000 a month
You: How much time are you going to put into this to get there?
Prospect: 1 hour a week
You: Kumikita ka ba ng P10,000 a month sa iyong trabaho?
Prospect: Oo
You: How many hours ka tatrabaho per week?
Prospect: At least 50 hours
You: OK, I assume na nakita mo na it may take you awhile at only 1 hour a week to hit your goal right? Would that be Specific?
Prospect: P10,000 a month
You: How much time are you going to put into this to get there?
Prospect: 1 hour a week
You: Kumikita ka ba ng P10,000 a month sa iyong trabaho?
Prospect: Oo
You: How many hours ka tatrabaho per week?
Prospect: At least 50 hours
You: OK, I assume na nakita mo na it may take you awhile at only 1 hour a week to hit your goal right? Would that be Specific?
See what I mean? Help them understand their
expectations might be improperly aligned so that they don’t work those 1-3
hours in their first month then pagkatapos ay magko-quit as they didn’t make
P10,000. Be congruent in ALL your communications at huwag i-turn off ang iyong
possible quality people na maaaring malaking tulong sa pagbuild ng Empire of
Leaders. Maaari mo rin ilatag agad ang iyong marketing programs kung paano ba
ito gumagana at maging totoo sa kanila ang iyong program.
