Scam Ba Ang Networking (Multi-Level Marketing) ?

With more people on the news complaining that they are scammed by investing their money on a company and they did not get the money they've invested or they did not get the pay-out commission they earn because the company closed down... Network Marketing business is then again associated as being a SCAM or a Pyramid Scheme.

One of the first questions people ask about network marketing is,
Isn’t that a pyramid where the people at the top make all the money?

A corporation is the best example of a pyramid scheme… because the people at the top make all the money.

The CEO always earns more than the president and other top executives and people below them. The CEO is the only one with the leverage earning off of every employee and makes the most money. Network marketing empowers everyone with the same leverage as a corporate CEO.

Imagine… one day, you’re at work and your boss comes to you and says, we have a new plan that we think will be good for the employees and the company.
We all have access to the internet and automated online support systems, so you can now work at home. We want to teach all of our employees everything we know about our business so everyone can help to build the business.  we’re going to share the revenues with the employees who refer us to good productive employees and the more your portion of the company produces, the more money you will earn. And as a bonus for helping our company become more profitable, we’ll schedule you for early retirement within 2 to 3 years. And continue to pay you a percentage of the production of your network of employees for life…

How would you like to work for that company?
That’s exactly how the network marketing business works except that each person becomes an independent business associate rather than an employee.

The company pays each associate or distributor a percentage on their own sales and sales within their marketing team. The people who builds the largest and most productive teams earns the most.

The company pays each associate represented by their own sales and sales within their marketing team. Because associates can be paid on team sales, the people who build the largest most productive team earn the most.

Like Robert Kiyosaki said, it’s a means of building lifetime security that a job can’t provide. If you want to become rich, you need to learn how to build a business network. Network marketing provides the potential to build a multi-million dollar business that could pay you hundreds of thousands of dollars in passive income… year after year.

The confusion often comes from what people known as a pyramid scheme, a completely illegal situation in which new people are recruited to pay the people above them with no real value products or training him. Ultimately, the people at the bottom are left holding the bags with nothing to show for their efforts.

As with any opportunity, evaluate the one you are considering carefully. If it’s hard to see why everyone wants the products or no real demand for the products, other than to make money, stay away!

I hope that this helps you to avoid and determine a legitimate company to start with your business. Share this post to your families and friends so that they will be informed and protected.
